These terms apply when using the service (hereinafter referred to as "the Service") provided by Remory (hereinafter referred to as "we," "us," or "our"). Users (hereinafter referred to as "Users") should read these terms, agree to the content, and then use the Service.
Article 1 (Application of Terms)
- These terms establish the conditions under which Users receive the Service provided by us.
- In addition to these terms, we may establish individual terms, guidelines, etc., related to the use of the Service. In such cases, those individual terms, guidelines, etc., shall be applied as part of these terms and shall take precedence over these terms in the User's use of the Service.
- If a User uses the Service, it shall be deemed that the User has agreed to these terms.
- If a User is a minor, the User must obtain consent from a parent or legal guardian to use the Service. We shall deem that the use of the Service by a minor User is done with the consent of a parent or legal guardian.
Article 2 (Registration)

- Users must provide accurate and up-to-date information to us regarding registration details.
- If there are any changes to the registration details, Users must promptly notify us of the changes.
- We shall not be responsible for any damage or disadvantage suffered by Users due to inaccurate or false registration details, or failure to notify us of changes.
Article 3 (Management of ID and Password)
- Users shall strictly manage and store at their own responsibility the login ID, password, and other authentication information (hereinafter referred to as "Authentication Information," including authentication information for services operated by parties other than the operator linked with the Service) registered when creating an account for the Service. Users shall not lend, transfer, sell, or otherwise allow third parties to use this information. We shall not be responsible for any damage or disadvantage suffered by Users due to insufficient management of Authentication Information.
- If Authentication Information is lost or forgotten, or if it is found that it is being used by a third party, Users shall immediately notify us of this fact.
- We shall consider all use of the Service through Authentication Information issued to Users as genuine use by the User, regardless of whether it is actually used by the User or not. Users shall bear all responsibility for the results of such use.
Article 4 (Intellectual Property Rights and Content)
All intellectual property rights, including copyrights, and all other rights related to all materials constituting the Service belong to us or third parties who hold such rights. Users shall not acquire any rights to all materials related to the Service and shall not perform any acts that infringe upon the rights of the rights holders without permission. The permission to use the Service based on these terms does not imply permission to use the rights of us or third parties who hold such rights related to the Service.
Article 5 (User Posts)
- Please use the Service with full understanding that information such as writings, reviews, comments, etc., and images, illustrations, and other content posted, uploaded, or made viewable by Users within the Service (hereinafter referred to as "User Posted Information") can be accessed and viewed by an unspecified number of Users of the Service. Users who post such User Posted Information shall bear full responsibility for it.
- Users may not post the following types of information:
- False information
- Information containing obscene expressions or nude images
- Information that damages the honor or credibility of others
- Information that infringes upon the privacy rights, portrait rights, copyrights, or other rights of third parties
- Information containing computer viruses
- Links or URLs to websites other than those approved by us
- Any other information deemed inappropriate by us
